Please Read the Following Terms & Conditions Before Purchasing From YYZ Deals

Prices & Payments: All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise specified. Accepted payment methods include wire transfers, ACH, debit cards, or cash. For credit card payments, YYZ Distribution may need to wait until the payout is received in our bank before finalizing the deal. If the deal is canceled by the time the payout is received and a refund is necessary, we reserve the right to withhold 3% of the amount as the processing charges are not refunded to us by the credit card providers. Customers are not permitted to issue a chargeback or file a claim with their credit card provider unless the matter falls outside the scope of our terms of service. The primary course of action is to contact us directly and engage in arbitration. Merchandise will only be released once funds have cleared in our account. All orders must be prepaid.

Minimum Purchase Amounts: Minimum order quantities are determined on an item-by-item basis, with a general minimum order of $500.00 per purchase.

Shipping & Deliveries: Shipping is primarily through Canada Post or UPS Ground, unless otherwise requested. For FBA shipments, it is primarily through Amazon partnered freight or SPD. Customers are responsible for providing shipping labels for Amazon orders. Customers may arrange their own shipping or freight. YYZ Distribution can also coordinate freight shipping upon request. Buyers are responsible for all shipping or freight charges unless stated otherwise on their invoice. YYZ Distribution does not take responsibility for delays beyond our control, such as weather or transit issues. Buyers are encouraged to add insurance to their freight and ensure adequate coverage.

Return Policy: All sales are final. Returns will only be considered in accordance with the consumer return laws of Ontario and other applicable Canadian and U.S. laws, such as in cases of receiving incorrect or defective merchandise. Claims must be reported within 3 business days of receipt. A restocking fee of 45% of the product's price may be applied to all returns.

Orders: YYZ Distribution reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason.

Storage: Orders or client inventory awaiting dispatch must be shipped within 14 days of notification that they are ready for shipment. If inventory remains beyond this period, a storage fee of $70.00 per pallet per month will be incurred.

Processing: If special prepping or kitting is required, inventory can be forwarded to our prepping department. Additional fees may apply.

Disputes: In the event of a dispute, litigation or mediation will occur in Ontario or in the relevant jurisdiction in the USA, as applicable. The buyer agrees to pay all associated fees.

Service Description: YYZ Distribution is a Canadian-based wholesaler, distributor, and broker of various goods, including cosmetics, skincare, fragrances, groceries, toys, electronics, and general merchandise. We do not claim to be authorized distributors of any brands or merchandise we carry.

Subject to Prior Sale: Items are subject to prior sale. While we often have merchandise in stock, we sometimes offer products we do not own or that are inbound to our warehouse.

Required Licenses & Taxes: Both parties must hold all required permits and licenses, usually including a resale certificate. YYZ Distribution takes no responsibility for dealings with tax authorities.

Cancellations: All orders are final with no cancellations. Purchase orders and payments are legally binding agreements.

Dating / Batch Codes: Expiration dates are usually provided at the time of the offer. If not, buyers are responsible for requesting this information.

Product Shipping Restrictions: Clients are responsible for inquiring about any product shipping restrictions. Lead times and shipping times are estimated and can change due to external factors and shipping delays that are beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability: YYZ Distribution shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or delay to products once shipped.Additional Restrictions: Buyers should be aware of potential restrictions on marketplace platforms. No refunds will be issued for restrictions arising post-sale.

No Warranties or Guarantees: YYZ Distribution does not provide any warranties or guarantees on products. Clients acknowledge that all products are purchased as-is.

Force Majeure: YYZ Distribution is not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify YYZ Distribution against any claims or damages arising from their purchase, use, or resale of products.

Amazon Listing Disclaimer: YYZ Distribution is not responsible for the accuracy of Amazon listings, intellectual property complaints, or any infringements related to products sold on Amazon or any other selling channels. We do not guarantee selling channel authorizations.

Acknowledgment: By proceeding with payment for my order, I hereby agree to and accept all the Terms and Conditions of sale as established by YYZ Distribution. This payment constitutes my acknowledgment and binding acceptance of these terms, governing this transaction and any related interactions.
