Pattern Middle Mile Guide

Pattern Middle-Mile lets you send FBA cartons to a Pattern U.S. warehouse; Pattern routes them into Amazon FCs. When eligible, this avoids Amazon placement fees and replaces them with a lower, predictable middle-mile charge.

What is Middle-Mile?

Pattern receives your Amazon-labelled cartons at one U.S. dock, consolidates/cross-docks, then forwards cartons into the Amazon fulfillment centers Amazon assigned. Instead of paying Amazon placement fees for split shipments, you pay Pattern a middle-mile fee.

How it works (3 steps)

1. Create the FBA shipment in Seller Central but set Ship From = Pattern warehouse (from Pattern Hub).

2. Prep & label cartons to Amazon standards and ship them to Pattern’s receiving address.

3. Pattern routes cartons into Amazon FCs and you pay Pattern’s middle-mile fee (if the shipment qualifies, Amazon placement fees are avoided).

What does it cost?
