How To: Tell Us To Ship Inventory To Amazon (Outbound Creation)

So we have received your inbound inventory and now it's time to get working on it to ship to Amazon as soon as possible. Here's how:

Pre-Check

1. Go to the Inventory tab: https://app.yyzprep.ca/shipments/inventory.

2. Check the available inventory for the SKUs you want to ship to Amazon.

Step 1: Go to the Amazon Shipments Tab

1. Navigate to the Outbound Shipments tab: https://app.yyzprep.ca/shipments/outbound.

Step 2: Create a New Shipment

1. Click the ‘New Shipment’ button in the top-right corner.

   • Note: If you’ve already imported shipments from the Inbound tab, they will show up here. You can continue with those instead of creating a new shipment.

Step 3: Name Your Shipment

1. Set a name/description for your shipment.

   • Use the same naming convention as when creating an Amazon Shipping Plan.

   • Try not to use generic names such as 'Amazon' or 'Walmart', use dates, order numbers, or other specific keywords in the outbound name

2. Ignore the "Shipping From Warehouse" selection.

Step 4: Add Items to the Shipment

1. Click the ‘Add Items’ button.

2. Search and select the ASINs you want to include in this shipment.

3. Add the desired quantity for each ASIN.

   • Important Notes:

     • The ASIN list is synced with your Amazon inventory.

     • Amazon-required prep work will automatically appear under the ‘Services’ column.

     • You can also add extra services for each SKU from the dropdown menu, if needed.

     • If an expiration date is required and you don’t know it, leave it blank—YYZ Prep will handle it.

4. Check the Quantity Available column to ensure there is enough inventory in the warehouse to fulfill your shipment.

Step 5: Leave the Shipment as Is

After adding your items, do not click "Arrange Transport"

1. Simply create the outbound shipment by adding your items to it - and leave it as it is.

What Happens Next?

• YYZ Prep will receive a notification that your shipment is ready to process.

• Our team will start prepping and shipping your goods to Amazon as quickly as possible.
